A national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow its Healthcare and Life Sciences practice in Denver. The role will focus on advising health industry clients on regulatory and compliance matters, life‑sciences issues, and related commercial and transactional work.

The successful candidate will take a visible leadership role in the office, mentor and manage junior lawyers, and collaborate with firm teams across practices and geographies. There is an expectation of contributing to business development and bringing or expanding client relationships.

Established partner track record in healthcare and/or life sciences law
Demonstrated experience on regulatory, compliance, and commercial matters affecting health‑care and life‑sciences companies
Proven ability to originate or grow client relationships and participate in business development
Strong leadership and team management skills; admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or able to obtain admission
