Senior healthcare partner role with a nationally recognized firm’s Des Moines office. Join an established healthcare and life‑sciences team advising hospitals, providers, payors and life‑sciences companies on regulatory, transactional and compliance matters.

This position is a leadership opportunity: you will manage client relationships, lead matters across the Midwest, mentor junior lawyers and work with a multidisciplinary practice to grow the local presence.

Partner-level healthcare or life‑sciences practice with demonstrable experience in regulatory, compliance, transactional or advisory work.
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction (or ability to obtain) and experience practicing in the U.S. market.
Proven client development and relationship management skills; a portable practice or ability to bring client work is welcomed.
Experience supervising teams and contributing to firm business development initiatives.
