Leading international law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to grow and lead its Healthcare & Life Sciences practice from Geneva on a location‑agnostic basis. The role is client‑facing and combines strategic practice development with high‑value regulatory and transactional work for healthcare and life‑sciences organisations.

The successful candidate will join a well‑resourced international team and be expected to drive business development, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to cross‑border matters. The firm offers a competitive compensation package and evaluates experience and contribution on a sliding scale.

Established partner with a track record in healthcare and/or life sciences matters
Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable practice welcomed
Experience on regulatory, commercial and/or transactional mandates in the sector
Strong leadership, business development and team‑management skills
