Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Healthcare and Life Sciences practice. The role is location‑flexible with a strong focus on advising healthcare providers, life sciences companies and related stakeholders on regulatory, transactional and compliance matters.

The successful candidate will help grow a portable practice, lead client relationships and work collaboratively with national teams on cross‑border and domestic matters. This is an opportunity to join an established platform with a broad client base and national reach.

Established partner or equivalent with significant healthcare and/or life sciences experience.
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; ability to bring or grow a portable practice.
Expertise in healthcare regulatory, compliance and transactional matters; experience with life sciences clients preferred.
Strong leadership, business development and collaboration skills; admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s).
