Leading national/international law firm is seeking an experienced partner to join its Houston healthcare and life sciences practice. The role focuses on advising healthcare providers, life sciences companies, and related stakeholders on regulatory, transactional, and compliance matters.

The partner will lead client engagements, develop and expand a portable practice in the region, and work with cross‑jurisdictional teams to deliver integrated legal solutions. This is a visible, client-facing role with responsibility for business development and mentoring junior lawyers.

Established partner with substantial experience in healthcare and life sciences law (regulatory, transactional or compliance focus).
Proven track record of originating and growing client relationships; ability to bring or develop a portable practice.
Strong leadership and team management skills; experience supervising associates.
Licensed to practice in Texas or able to become licensed; excellent written and oral advocacy and client-relationship skills.
