The successful candidate will join a national practice platform with cross‑practice collaboration across litigation, regulatory, and technology teams. This is an opportunity to build market presence in the Mountain West while leveraging national resources and referral networks.

Portable practice and demonstrable business development capability are welcome; the role expects a partner comfortable bringing or expanding client relationships in healthcare, life sciences, or health‑tech.

Seasoned partner with significant experience handling complex healthcare and life sciences litigation matters, including regulatory and product‑liability issues.
Experience advising or litigating matters involving digital health, health IT, or technology-enabled healthcare services.
Proven track record of originating or growing client relationships and business development at the partner level (portable practice welcomed).
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and excellent litigation and client-management skills.
