Seeking a lateral partner to join a national practice with a strong focus on healthcare, life sciences and digital-health disputes and technology-related litigation. The role will involve leading complex bet-the-company and regulatory-linked matters for healthcare and life-science clients, working alongside multidisciplinary teams.

The successful candidate will have a client-facing practice, handle high-stakes litigation and e-discovery, and help grow the firm’s presence in the Los Angeles market. A portable practice or demonstrable business development ability is welcome.

Partner-level litigation experience in healthcare, life sciences, digital health or technology-related disputes
Proven trial and/or appellate experience and strong litigation project management skills
Track record of client development and ability to build a portable practice
Active bar membership in California (or willingness to qualify)
