Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to expand its healthcare and life sciences litigation practice in Delaware. The role focuses on disputes involving digital health, life sciences companies and technology-related healthcare matters, working alongside regulatory and technology teams.

Responsibilities include leading complex commercial and regulatory-related litigation, managing client relationships, supervising associates, and developing new business across healthcare, life sciences and digital health sectors.

Open to candidates with an established practice in healthcare or life sciences litigation; a portable book of business and demonstrated client-development ability are welcomed.

Established partner-level litigation experience in healthcare, life sciences, digital health or related technology matters
Proven track record of client development and willingness to bring or grow a portable practice
Extensive courtroom and/or trial experience handling complex commercial or regulatory disputes
Ability to collaborate with regulatory, technology and transactional teams on cross-disciplinary matters
Bar admission or eligibility to be admitted in Delaware
