Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Healthcare & Life Sciences litigation team in Irvine. The role focuses on defending and advising healthcare industry clients across regulatory, coverage, and high-stakes commercial disputes.

The successful candidate will lead matters, develop business, and work closely with a cross-disciplinary team on complex litigation and regulatory issues affecting providers, payors, and life-sciences companies. Portable client relationships or a demonstrable ability to originate work are valued.

This is a partner-level opening for an experienced litigator who wants a platform to grow a practice within a full-service firm environment located in Southern California.

Partner-level litigation experience in healthcare and/or life sciences matters
Proven trial or major case experience and a record of leading litigation teams
Ability to originate or bring portable client relationships and develop new business
Bar admission in California (or eligible) and strong client-management skills
