Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a healthcare and life sciences litigation practice in the Las Vegas market. The role focuses on representing healthcare providers, life-sciences companies and related stakeholders in complex civil litigation and regulatory matters.

The successful candidate will handle high-stakes courtroom and pre-trial work, supervise junior litigators, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams. The role requires proven litigation experience in the healthcare sector and an ability to originate and develop client relationships; a portable practice or demonstrable book of business is welcome.

Established partner-level litigation experience in healthcare and/or life sciences matters
Proven trial and courtroom experience; strong motion and evidentiary skills
Track record of originating or developing client relationships; portable practice preferred
Ability to manage and mentor a litigation team and collaborate with cross-practice colleagues
Admission (or eligibility) to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
