Leading national law firm is seeking a senior litigation partner to join its Miami team to lead and grow a healthcare and life sciences disputes practice. The role focuses on counseling healthcare industry clients and handling complex commercial and regulatory litigation matters in state and federal courts.

The position offers partnership platform support while expecting the incoming lawyer to bring a portable practice and play a visible origination and client-development role. The team works closely with regulatory, transactional and compliance colleagues on cross-disciplinary matters.

Established partner-level litigation track record with significant experience representing healthcare or life sciences clients.
Proven trial and appellate experience and comfort handling high-stakes disputes in state and federal forums.
Demonstrable client-development experience and a portable book of business or clear origination capacity.
Active bar admission in Florida (or willingness to relocate/seek admission) and JD from accredited law school.
