Leading national firm is seeking a lateral partner to strengthen its Miami platform with a focus on real estate, real estate finance, corporate/M&A and healthcare-related transactions. The role offers immediate opportunity to originate and lead matters across those interrelated practices.

The ideal hire will join an established team and help grow both transactional capability and client relationships in South Florida. Candidates with a portable practice who can bring active client work will be prioritized and can expect support to expand their book of business.

Established partner with significant experience in one or more of: real estate, real estate finance, corporate/M&A or healthcare transactions.
Demonstrable track record of originating business and managing client relationships; portable practice preferred.
Proven ability to lead deals, mentor junior lawyers and contribute to business development.
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and able to work from the Miami office.
