Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy corporate and litigation practice in Miami. The role combines transactional work—mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance and other commercial matters—with handling related litigation and dispute-resolution matters.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, develop business, and work closely with an established team of attorneys across practices and jurisdictions. This is an opportunity to take a leadership role in a well-resourced international practice group while remaining based in Miami.

Applicants should have an established, portable practice and demonstrable business development success in the listed practice areas.

Partner-level experience in corporate transactions and related litigation (M&A, corporate governance, transactional matters)
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable practice required
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction (Florida) or able to obtain admission
Strong commercial judgment, client-management skills, and ability to work across practice groups and jurisdictions
