The office has active, visible practice needs at partner level and is prioritising candidates who can immediately contribute to transactional and finance work.

Strong candidates will join a platform with cross-practice collaboration between real estate, corporate/M&A and healthcare teams. The team is actively hiring across experience levels but has particular demand for partners who can originate and lead matters.

Proven partner-level experience in real estate, real estate finance or corporate/M&A; healthcare transactional experience a plus
Track record of client origination and a portable book of business
Demonstrated ability to lead deal teams and develop business in a competitive market
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and strong professional references
