The role combines client service, case strategy and trial work with business development and team leadership. The hiring office seeks a partner who can build and mentor a litigation team and contribute to practice growth in the region.

Established partner-level experience in healthcare or life sciences litigation, including significant courtroom and motion practice.
Proven track record of leading teams, supervising associates, and managing complex cases from intake through trial or resolution.
Strong business development skills; ability to bring or develop a portable practice and cultivate client relationships.
Bar admission in Tennessee or eligibility to obtain admission; excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
