Established national law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to lead and expand its healthcare and life sciences litigation practice in the Silicon Valley market. The role will focus on defending and advising healthcare providers, life sciences companies, and related entities in high-stakes regulatory, administrative and civil litigation.

The successful candidate will join a multi-office practice that handles complex healthcare disputes, internal investigations and regulatory counseling. This is a visible leadership role with opportunities to develop client relationships, mentor junior lawyers and shape litigation strategy across the firm’s West Coast platform.

Consideration will be given to candidates with a portable practice or established client relationships in the healthcare or life sciences sectors.

Proven trial and appellate litigation experience in healthcare and/or life sciences matters.
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable business preferred.
Strong regulatory, administrative law and government-enforcement experience desirable.
Ability to lead teams, mentor associates and work collaboratively across practice groups and offices.
