Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its London Healthcare & Life Sciences team. The role will involve advising healthcare providers, life sciences companies and investors on regulatory, commercial and transactional matters across the sector.

The successful candidate will be expected to lead and grow the practice in the UK market, working on cross-border matters with specialist teams internationally. This is a business-development focused position with opportunity to shape service offering and build client relationships.

Applicants with an established, portable practice in healthcare or life sciences and a track record of originating and winning work are encouraged to apply.

Qualified solicitor or equivalent, admitted in England & Wales or another relevant jurisdiction.
Extensive partner-level experience advising on healthcare and life sciences matters (regulatory, commercial, transactional).
Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships and lead a team on complex matters.
Comfort working on cross-border matters with international colleagues and clients.
Strong business development and pitch experience; ability to bring or grow a portable practice is an advantage.
