Seeking a partner to join and grow a busy healthcare and life sciences practice in the firm’s Los Angeles office. The role focuses on counseling healthcare providers and life sciences companies on regulatory, compliance, transactional and commercial matters.

The successful candidate will lead client relationships, manage complex regulatory and transactional work, and mentor a team of associates. This is an opportunity to join a broad-based national practice with established healthcare capabilities and cross-practice support.

Portable business is welcome; the role requires strong business development skills and the ability to develop new client engagements in the region.

Partner-level experience advising healthcare and life sciences clients on regulatory, compliance and transactional matters
Proven track record of originating or growing client work and developing business in the Los Angeles market
Demonstrated experience managing teams and mentoring junior lawyers
Admission to California bar (or eligibility) and ability to work in the U.S.
