Senior healthcare partner opportunity in Los Angeles with a well-established national/international healthcare and life sciences practice. The role will focus on counseling life sciences companies and healthcare providers on transactional, regulatory and commercial matters.

We are seeking an experienced partner to lead and grow a portable practice in the region, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across offices, and mentor junior lawyers. The position offers significant client-facing work and business development responsibility.

Proven partner-level experience in healthcare and life sciences legal work (transactions, regulatory, or commercial counseling)
Track record of developing client relationships and originations; ability to build a portable practice welcomed
Licensed to practice in California or ability to become admitted
Strong commercial judgment, business development skills, and team leadership/mentoring experience
