Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Miami office to expand a growing Healthcare and Life Sciences practice. The role will combine regulatory, transactional and advisory work for healthcare providers, payors and life sciences companies.

The successful candidate will assume a client-facing leadership role, collaborate with cross-practice teams, and help develop business in the region. A portable client base or demonstrated business-development success is welcome.

Partner-level experience in healthcare and/or life sciences law (regulatory, transactional, compliance)
Proven client development and relationship-management skills; portable book of business welcomed
Admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction (Florida admission preferred) and able to work in Miami
Track record of leading engagements and mentoring junior lawyers
