Leading law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Health Care & Life Sciences group in Miami. The role focuses on counseling health‑care and life‑sciences clients on regulatory, transactional and compliance matters within the sector.

The team advises a mix of corporate, provider and life‑sciences clients on regulatory strategy, transactions, and risk management. The hire will have senior client‑facing responsibilities and collaborate across practices on cross‑border and multi‑disciplinary matters.

Portable client relationships are welcome; the firm is looking for a partner who can contribute to business development and strengthen the regional healthcare platform.

Established partner-level experience in healthcare and/or life‑sciences law
Proven client-development and practice-management capabilities
Strong regulatory and transactional background (healthcare compliance, transactions, or related counseling)
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work from the Miami office
