Highly regarded international law firm is seeking a lateral Partner to lead and grow its Healthcare and Life Sciences practice from Milan. The role combines transactional, regulatory and advisory work for industry clients across Italy and internationally.

This is a location‑agnostic role with a flexible approach to evaluation and competitive compensation on a sliding scale. The firm is looking for a senior lawyer able to develop business, mentor junior lawyers and collaborate with cross‑border teams.

Established partner with a proven record in healthcare and life‑sciences matters (transactional, regulatory or commercial advisory).
Portable client relationships and business development capability preferred.
Qualified to practise in Italy or otherwise eligible; experience working across EU cross‑border matters.
Strong leadership and team management skills; fluency in English and Italian advantageous.
