Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join and grow its Healthcare & Life Sciences practice in Minneapolis. The role will combine client-facing matter work with practice leadership responsibilities across regulatory, transactional and compliance matters for healthcare and life sciences clients.

The firm is looking for a rainmaker who can develop business, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate with cross-practice teams on complex healthcare matters. A portable practice or demonstrated ability to generate new client relationships is desirable.

Established partner-level experience in healthcare and/or life sciences law
Track record of business development and client relationship management; portable practice preferred
Experience counseling clients on regulatory, transactional and compliance issues
Proven leadership and mentoring of junior lawyers; ability to work collaboratively across teams
Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or eligibility to obtain admission
