Senior partner opportunity within a well‑established international firm’s Healthcare practice, based in Munich with location‑agile arrangements. The role focuses on advising life sciences and healthcare clients on regulatory, commercial and transactional matters across Germany and cross‑border markets.

We seek a senior, client‑facing lawyer to lead and grow a portable practice, deliver high‑value advice to corporate and industry clients, and mentor junior lawyers. The position offers involvement in strategic client development and responsibility for managing engagements from pitch through execution.

Proven partner‑level experience in healthcare and life sciences law with strong technical expertise (regulatory, commercial and transactional matters).
Established client relationships or a portable book of business and demonstrable business‑development capability.
Admission to practice in Germany (or ability to obtain admission) and fluency in German and English.
Track record of leading teams, managing matters and mentoring associates.
