The role focuses on advising healthcare providers, life-sciences companies and related stakeholders on regulatory, transactional and compliance matters.

Admission to practice in New York (or willing to obtain)
Proven partner-level experience in healthcare and/or life sciences law, including regulatory and transactional matters
Demonstrable business development success and an ability to grow client relationships (portable book of business welcomed)
Track record of leading teams, mentoring junior lawyers, and working cross‑functionally
