Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Healthcare practice with a focus on life sciences. The role is client-facing and will lead complex regulatory, transactional and advisory matters for life sciences and healthcare-sector clients.

The team is flexible on geography and will consider candidates on a location-agnostic basis, though the role will be closely connected to the New York office and client base. The successful candidate will join a collaborative, multidisciplinary group and play a senior role in business development and matter delivery.

Established partner-level background in healthcare and life sciences law with a demonstrable track record of advising industry clients.
Proven ability to originate and grow client relationships; portable practice preferred.
Experience leading teams and managing complex matters across regulatory, transactional or advisory workstreams.
Admission or eligibility to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction; strong communication and client management skills.
