This is a client-facing role within a collaborative, cross-practice platform. The team supports substantive deal work and regulatory matters and provides resources for business development and growth. Candidates with an existing portable practice or established client relationships in life sciences are encouraged to apply.

The position includes leadership responsibilities for junior lawyers and an active role in developing the practice in New York.

Admission to the New York bar (or eligible)
Proven partner-level experience advising life sciences or healthcare clients on transactions and regulatory issues
Track record of originating or managing client relationships and business development
Experience mentoring and leading deal teams
