Leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its New York Healthcare & Life Sciences team. The role will combine high‑level transactional, regulatory and strategic counseling work across healthcare providers, life sciences companies and related stakeholders.

The successful candidate will advise on complex cross‑border matters and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the firm’s global network. This is a visible role with significant client interaction and opportunities to shape the practice’s U.S. offering.

An established, portable practice and demonstrable client relationships are desirable; the firm welcomes candidates with a track record of originating and growing business in the sector.

Partner‑level experience in healthcare and/or life sciences law, with significant transactional and regulatory experience
Demonstrable client development and a track record of originating work
Admitted to practice in New York (or able to become admitted) and authorized to practice in the U.S.
Strong cross‑border experience and ability to work with international teams
