Seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand a Healthcare & Life Sciences practice from the firm's Portland presence. The role will focus on advising health‑care providers, life sciences companies and related stakeholders on regulatory, transactional and compliance matters.

Open on a location‑agnostic basis; candidate evaluation is on a sliding scale. A portable practice or demonstrable client development track record is welcome.

Established partner with significant experience in healthcare and/or life sciences law
Proven client development and a portable practice preferred
Strong regulatory, transactional and compliance experience relevant to healthcare and life sciences clients
Ability to lead and mentor a team and work with cross‑disciplinary colleagues
