Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Healthcare team in Los Angeles. The role focuses on regulatory counseling and transactions for healthcare and life sciences clients, advising on licensing, compliance, and state and federal regulatory matters.

The team handles a mix of transactional and regulatory work across California and other U.S. jurisdictions; candidates with experience in California and Texas matters are especially welcome. This is a partner-level opportunity for an experienced lawyer who can expand the team’s market presence.

Established partner with significant healthcare and life sciences regulatory experience.
Proven track record on regulatory counseling and related transactional work.
Portable client relationships / book of business desirable.
Admissions and experience practicing in California preferred; experience with Texas matters a plus.
Strong business development and client management skills.
