Leading law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Healthcare and Life Sciences practice in San Francisco. The role focuses on counseling regulated healthcare and life-sciences clients on regulatory compliance and transactional matters, including FDA, state healthcare program rules, and commercial agreements.

The ideal candidate will have a portable practice or demonstrable client development ability and will work across regulatory counseling and deal execution. Candidates with experience covering California and Texas regulatory issues are particularly encouraged to apply.

Established partner with a strong healthcare and life‑sciences regulatory practice
Transactional experience advising on commercial agreements and regulatory aspects of deals
Demonstrable client development record or portable book of business
Bar admission in California (or ability to obtain) and experience with California healthcare regulatory regimes; experience with Texas regulation is a plus
