Experienced partner-level hire sought to lead and grow a healthcare and life sciences practice from the Rome office on a location‑flexible basis. The role will advise domestic and cross‑border life sciences clients on regulatory, commercial and transactional matters.

Successful candidates will join a well‑resourced international team, contribute to business development, and take responsibility for delivering high‑value client work. The firm is open to candidates with a portable practice and will evaluate experience and client relationships as part of the process.

Proven partner‑level experience in healthcare or life sciences advisory work.
Track record of originating and developing client relationships; portable practice preferred.
Experience on cross‑border or multi‑jurisdictional matters and working within larger deal teams.
Fluency in English; other European languages an advantage.
