Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its San Francisco healthcare and life sciences practice. The role will focus on counseling health‑care systems, life sciences companies and related stakeholders on regulatory, transactional and compliance matters.

The practice combines regulatory counseling with commercial transactions and enforcement defense work. The successful candidate will lead engagements, mentor junior lawyers and collaborate across offices on cross‑disciplinary matters.

Candidates with an established, portable practice or demonstrable business development capability in healthcare or life sciences are encouraged to apply.

Partner-level experience advising healthcare and/or life sciences clients on regulatory, compliance and commercial matters
Proven business development track record and ability to bring or grow client relationships
Experience leading teams and managing complex matters
Active bar admission in California (or ability to gain admission) and strong professional references
