Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a healthcare and life‑sciences practice in the firm's San Francisco office. The role will focus on advising healthcare and life‑sciences clients on regulatory, compliance and commercial matters, and on supervising deal, licensing and advisory work across the sector.

This is an opportunity to join a well‑established national firm with a collaborative platform and resources to support client work and team growth. The firm is particularly interested in candidates who can bring or develop client relationships and help expand the West Coast practice.

Established partner with deep experience in healthcare and/or life‑sciences matters.
Proven track record of leading client engagements and supervising teams.
Demonstrable business development ability; portable client relationships a plus.
Bar admission and standing in good order.
