Leading international law firm seeks a Lateral Partner to join its San Francisco healthcare and life sciences team. The role will blend regulatory counseling, transactional work and strategic client advice across providers, payors and life sciences companies.

The partner will lead engagements, mentor junior lawyers and collaborate with national practice groups to grow a market-leading platform. Portable client relationships and business development capability are highly valued.

Established partner-level experience in healthcare and life sciences law with a mix of regulatory and transactional matters
Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable practice welcome
Experience leading teams and working cross-practice on complex, multijurisdictional matters
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and able to work from the San Francisco office
