An established healthcare and life sciences partner is sought to join a leading firm's San Francisco healthcare practice. The role focuses on advising health systems, biopharma, payors, and related industry participants on regulatory, transactional and compliance matters.

The successful candidate will join an experienced team working on cross-border and domestic matters, with access to national industry resources and interdisciplinary firm capabilities. This is an opportunity to lead client relationships and help grow the practice on the West Coast.

We are particularly interested in senior lawyers with an active practice in healthcare or life sciences who can contribute strategic business development and practice leadership.

Partner-level experience in healthcare and/or life sciences law.
Proven track record advising industry clients on regulatory, transactional or compliance matters.
Ability to originate and expand client relationships; portable practice welcome.
Active bar admission and strong interpersonal and business development skills.
