Senior healthcare partner role for a global law firm seeking an experienced leader to grow and lead the life‑sciences practice across the region. The role is location‑agnostic with significant responsibility for client development, matter delivery and cross‑border coordination out of Singapore.

The team advises on a broad range of life‑sciences matters; the successful candidate will combine deep sector knowledge with a commercial, client‑facing approach. Evaluation will consider experience, client relationships and fit with the firm’s regional strategy. Billing rates and evaluation are handled on a sliding scale.

Proven partner‑level track record in life‑sciences/healthcare matters (transactions, regulatory or commercial work).
Established client relationships and demonstrable business‑generation ability; a portable book of business is advantageous.
Experienced people manager with ability to lead cross‑border teams and develop junior lawyers.
Strong commercial judgment, excellent client skills and ability to work across APAC time zones.
