Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a market-facing healthcare and life sciences practice. The role blends transactional, regulatory counselling and litigation work across traditional healthcare, private-equity-backed platforms, medical devices, telemedicine and behavioral health.

Ideal candidates will have a portable practice and proven experience advising on healthcare M&A and commercial matters, life-sciences IP counseling and prosecution, and defense-side healthcare litigation including False Claims Act and managed-care disputes. The position offers leadership responsibility and opportunities to expand cross-practice client work.

Established partner with a portable book of business and demonstrable client relationships.
Significant experience in healthcare transactions, private-equity-backed deals or corporate counseling in the life sciences/medical device sectors.
Litigation experience defending healthcare matters, particularly False Claims Act and managed-care disputes, and/or experience with IP counseling/prosecution in life sciences.
Admission to practice in the United States and ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
