Lateral Partner — Healthcare & Life Sciences, Washington, D.C. (location‑agnostic)

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to build and lead its Healthcare & Life Sciences practice. The role will focus on advising healthcare providers, life‑sciences companies and other industry participants on strategic, regulatory and transactional matters.

The partner will originate and develop client relationships, work across interdisciplinary teams, and mentor junior lawyers. This is a senior, business‑development facing role with responsibility for growing a portable practice and collaborating with cross‑office client teams.

Position is location‑agnostic with a Washington, D.C. base for market alignment. The firm evaluates candidates on a sliding scale; billing rates and partner economics will be discussed during the process (billing rates start at $1,200). Portable business is welcome and will be considered in evaluation.

• Established partner or counsel with a demonstrable Healthcare and/or Life Sciences practice
• Proven track record of originating and managing client engagements and developing business
• Experience counseling providers, payors, manufacturers or life‑sciences companies on regulatory, transactional or compliance matters
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills; ability to work collaboratively across practice teams
