Lateral Partner — Healthcare & Life Sciences, Washington, D.C.

Leading national practice is seeking a lateral partner to join its Healthcare and Life Sciences group in Washington, D.C. The role will focus on advising health‑care providers, payors and life‑sciences clients on regulatory, transactional and compliance matters.

The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team that handles regulatory counseling, policy work and deal execution for clients operating across the health and life‑sciences sectors. This is a senior role with opportunities for client development and leadership within the practice.

• Established partner with a substantial healthcare and/or life sciences practice.
• Track record advising on healthcare regulatory, compliance and transactional matters (policy, reimbursement, value‑based care, FDA/regulatory matters or similar).
• Proven client development ability; a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships preferred.
• Bar admission and ability to practice in the U.S.; federal regulatory experience and strong written and oral advocacy skills.
