Seeking a Lateral Partner to join a leading US law firm’s Healthcare practice in Washington, D.C., with a focus on life sciences. The role will combine client development, matter leadership and senior-level legal work across regulatory and commercial matters in the healthcare and life sciences sector.

The successful candidate will lead engagements, mentor junior lawyers, and work closely with cross-practice teams on matters that touch healthcare regulation and commercial transactions for life‑science companies and investors. The team advises on regulatory strategy, compliance and business-focused legal solutions.

Applicants with a portable practice or established client relationships in life sciences/healthcare are encouraged to apply; the role expects active contribution to business development and practice growth in the region.

Established partner-level experience advising healthcare and life‑science clients, with a demonstrable track record of senior matter leadership.
Deep knowledge of healthcare regulatory issues and commercial matters affecting life‑science companies.
Proven ability to generate and manage client relationships and to contribute to business development.
Authorization to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or ability to obtain reciprocity.
