Lateral Partner — Healthcare & Life Sciences, Washington, D.C.

Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Healthcare & Life Sciences practice in Washington, D.C. The role will combine transactional, regulatory, and advisory work for clients across the healthcare and life sciences sectors, with frequent cross-border and policy‑focused matters.

The successful candidate will lead client relationships, manage complex multi‑disciplinary matters, and work closely with the firm’s regulatory and commercial teams. This is a senior role on a global platform with access to international colleagues and institutional clients.

The firm is particularly interested in partners with an established, portable practice in healthcare or life sciences, strong client origination skills, and experience handling regulatory, compliance, and commercial transactions.

• Experienced partner-level lawyer with a practice focused on healthcare and/or life sciences (transactional and regulatory experience preferred).
• Proven client development record and ability to bring an established, portable practice to the platform.
• Comfort working on cross‑border matters and coordinating with international teams.
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
