Leading US law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its West Palm Beach office to grow and lead a busy healthcare and life sciences practice. The role will combine regulatory counseling, transactional work and strategic client advice across healthcare providers, payors and life sciences companies.

Ideal candidates will have an established healthcare-focused practice, demonstrable business development capability, and experience handling both regulatory matters and commercial transactions. This is an opportunity to build out local presence within an experienced national platform while retaining a degree of practice autonomy.

Admitted to practice in the relevant state and in good standing
Proven partner-level track record in healthcare and/or life sciences matters, including regulatory and transactional experience
Demonstrable business development and client relationship skills; portable practice welcomed
Strong leadership, team management and mentoring experience
