Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its healthcare and life sciences team in Wilmington. The role will focus on regulatory counseling, transactional work, and client-facing matters across the healthcare and life sciences sectors.

The successful candidate will help grow and lead regional client offerings while collaborating with a broader national practice. This is a visible position with opportunity to originate business and build a portable practice.

Established partner with significant experience advising healthcare and life sciences clients on regulatory, transactional, or compliance matters.
Proven record of client relationship development; ability to originate and grow business (portable book of business welcome).
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and eligibility to practice in Wilmington (or willingness to relocate).
Strong communication skills and experience working across multi-office teams.
