Partner-level opportunity with a national practice seeking an experienced healthcare and life sciences lawyer to grow and lead work from the Wilmington office. The role emphasizes client relationship management, cross-border coordination with national teams, and originating matter flow across regulatory, transactional and commercial matters in the healthcare and life sciences sectors.

The incoming partner will work with an established platform and collaborate with sector-focused teams nationally. There is flexibility for a portable practice; candidates with an existing book or strong client relationships in life sciences or healthcare are encouraged to apply.

Experienced partner-level lawyer with a primary focus on healthcare and life sciences matters.
Demonstrated client development and relationship management skills; portable practice or proven ability to originate work preferred.
Track record handling regulatory, commercial and/or transactional matters for healthcare or life sciences clients.
Admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or ability to qualify to practice there.
