Partner-level opportunity with a major national law firm’s Austin office to lead and grow a healthcare litigation practice. The role will focus on False Claims Act defense, managed care disputes, and complex business litigation with significant technology-related issues.

Ideal candidates will handle high-stakes litigation matters involving cybersecurity, cryptocurrency/blockchain, and AI-related disputes, and will collaborate with cross-practice teams to serve institutional healthcare and technology clients. A portable practice or demonstrable business development ability is welcomed.

Established partner or counsel with substantial healthcare litigation experience, including FCA defense and managed-care matters
Proven track record on complex business litigation matters involving cybersecurity, AI, or cryptocurrency issues
Strong trial, motion practice, and client-management skills
Business development experience and ability to grow a portable practice or bring client relationships
Bar admission or ability to be admitted in Texas
