A leading US law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Boston litigation team with a focus on healthcare-related disputes and technology-driven business litigation. The role emphasizes courtroom and investigative experience, handling matters such as False Claims Act defense, managed-care disputes, and complex commercial litigation involving cybersecurity, AI and cryptocurrency issues.

The position offers an opportunity to lead and grow a portable practice, collaborate with cross-practice teams, and develop national litigation strategies for healthcare and technology clients. Candidates will join an established team that handles high-stakes regulatory and commercial matters.

Established partner with substantial litigation experience, ideally including False Claims Act (FCA) defense and managed-care litigation.
Track record handling complex technology-related disputes (cybersecurity, AI, cryptocurrency) and regulatory investigations.
Demonstrated ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable practice or business generation capability preferred.
Strong trial and motion practice, excellent written and oral advocacy, and experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.
