The successful candidate will lead client engagements, manage case strategy and supervise teams on litigated matters and related regulatory issues. The role offers partnership-level responsibilities and the opportunity to grow an existing or portable practice in healthcare litigation.

Established litigation partner with significant experience in healthcare and life sciences disputes
Proven ability to originate and maintain client relationships; portable book of business welcome
Strong trial, written advocacy and courtroom experience
Bar admission in Texas or ability to obtain admission
