Lead partner opportunity in Denver for an experienced litigator to build and lead a cross-practice healthcare and technology disputes practice. The role focuses on healthcare litigation (including FCA defense and managed-care matters) and business litigation arising from AI, cybersecurity and cryptocurrency issues.

The successful candidate will join a large national firm’s Denver office, handling bet-the-company and regulatory matters, supervising teams, and developing client relationships across health care and tech sectors. A portable practice or demonstrable business development track record is valued.

Established partner-level litigation experience, including courtroom and dispositive motion work
Substantive experience in healthcare litigation (FCA, managed care, regulatory enforcement) and in tech-related business disputes (AI, cybersecurity, cryptocurrency)
Proven leadership and team management skills; experience supervising associates and staff
Demonstrable business development ability or a portable client base preferred
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to seek admission
