Seeking a partner to join a busy healthcare litigation team in Livingston. The role focuses on defending and advising hospitals, health systems, and life sciences clients on a range of disputes and regulatory-exposure matters.

The position combines active case work (pre-trial litigation, motion practice and trial preparation) with client counselling and cross-disciplinary coordination. The team handles matters arising from healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, and related commercial disputes.

We are looking for a senior hire who can contribute immediately through client relationships and fee generation; a portable practice and demonstrable origination or client-development capability are welcome.

Established partner or counsel with significant healthcare and/or life sciences litigation experience
Track record of handling complex civil litigation matters, including motion practice and trial preparation
Proven client-development and business-generation ability; portable practice preferred
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and able to pass local admission requirements
